Yes, when you signed your deed at closing, you agreed to the bylaws and covenants.

Can we get speed bumps in our neighborhood?
No, the HOA contacted Catoosa County and they said they will not install speed bumps.
Why can't we build on the two empty lots?
The two empty lots are in the flood plain and can not be built upon.
What does my HOA money pay for?
Sidewalks, common area maintenance, liability insurance of common areas, storm water inspections
What doesn't anyone answer the HOA telephone line?
The phone number rings a HOA voicemail, all of the board members are volunteers and will return calls when they can.

When is the community yard sale?
We have one community yard sale a year. It is always the 3rd Saturday in May.
What are the Fencing and Pool Rules?
The rules for a fences, outbuildings, detached garages, and pool are written in our by-laws here. According to section 2.07 it reads the following:
2.07 Outbuildings; Fences; Pools: All outbuildings, detached garages and fences must be built in rear yards only, and must be built of the same materials and colors used on the house. Any outbuildings or detached garages or other structures shall be constructed to conform to the design of the main dwelling. The proposed design of any outbuilding, detached garage or other structure must be approved by the Developer or Association prior to the commencement of construction. Fences must be constructed of wood or vinyl and no chain link fences are permitted. Fences constructed shall not be more than six feet in height. Fences constructed on corner lots must be at least 30 feet from any road side property line. All swimming pools must be of the in-ground type only.
