Community Yard Sale
May 16th

Mark your calendars — the Sunrise Meadows Community Yard Sale is coming up! This is a wonderful opportunity to declutter, find some treasures, and catch up with your neighbors.

📅 Saturday, May 16th
🏘️ Neighborhood-Wide

Set up on your own driveway or front yard and let the bargain hunting begin! Invite friends and family to come browse — the more participants, the better the event for everyone. Shoppers love seeing the whole community participate.

💡 Tip: Put up signs the day before, price your items clearly, and have plenty of change on hand. A good yard sale starts with great signage and friendly service!

Mailbox Light Issues?

We want to make sure every home in Sunrise Meadows has a fully functioning mailbox light. These lights improve both curb appeal and neighborhood safety — especially during the shorter days ahead.

If your mailbox light is not working, please fill out the form below and we'll see what we can do to help get it resolved!

🌊
Drainage Improvement Project

We hear you, and we are taking action. The HOA Board is actively working to address the drainage concerns that have been raised by residents. We want to ensure any solution is safe, effective, and lasting.

Issues Identified
Drainage problem areas reported and logged by the board.
Requesting Engineering Quotes
We are currently reaching out to licensed civil engineers to assess the situation and provide formal recommendations and cost estimates.
3
Board Review & Approval
Quotes will be reviewed and a solution selected.
4
Work Scheduled & Completed
Repairs or improvements carried out — residents will be notified in advance.

We appreciate your patience and will keep the community updated as engineering quotes come in. If you have specific concerns about your property area, please email us at hoasunrisemeadows@gmail.com.

Community Social Ideas

We want Sunrise Meadows to be more than just a neighborhood — we want it to be a community! We're looking to plan fun social events throughout the year and we'd love your input and involvement.

Have an idea for a block party, seasonal gathering, game night, holiday event, or anything else that would bring neighbors together? We want to hear it!

🙋 Stacy Parson is heading up our social committee and would love to connect with anyone interested in helping plan or participate.
