Fall Community Yard Sale
Clear out the closets, set up your tables, and get ready to shop the neighborhood! Our fall yard sale is a wonderful chance to meet neighbors and give pre-loved items a new home.
Halloween in Sunrise Meadows
Halloween falls on a Saturday this year—and it’s one of our neighborhood’s biggest events! If you’re new to Sunrise Meadows, expect a lively evening with lots of trick-or-treaters and visitors.
Traffic note: A police officer will be on duty to help direct traffic and keep the evening safe and enjoyable for everyone.
Mailbox Light Update
Thank you to everyone who has reported a mailbox light issue. We’re working to have a certified electrician inspect the affected lights.

Storm Water System
Requests have been submitted to three engineering firms for quotes related to the neighborhood’s storm water system. We’ll share more as proposals are received and reviewed.
Sidewalk Maintenance
Sidewalk areas are being sprayed for weeds as part of our ongoing seasonal upkeep. Thank you for your patience while this work is completed.
Flag Pole Repaired
Good news—the neighborhood flag pole has been repaired and is back in service. Thank you to everyone who helped bring this project to completion.
